Women’s Workshops

Women today have complex lives. The challenges of females today often extend beyond that of home maker and mother. Many women also manage career, study, or work in full time or part time employment.

I offer a range of workshops topics for women who are experiencing challenges in areas of parenting the under school age child, parenting children with additional needs, and women who are dealing with separation or divorce. Some women experience the feelings of “loss of self” as a result of devoting years of their lives being consumed with meeting the needs of family members and
sharing their life with a partner who has failed to reciprocate and meet their partner’s needs and equally share in the parenting and domestic responsibility.

Workshops are held when a group of four (4 )women express interest in the same topic. Please telephone to express your interest in your preferred topic and I will schedule in a workshop session. The cost of individual participants is $35.00 per evening per topic. Many women organize a small group of their friends, work colleagues, or playgroup/mother’s group.

All Workshops are run during the School Holidays:
Please telephone to obtain further details of any topic of interest.

In our role as mothers, our maternal need to nurture and to put our family’s needs above those of our own, coupled with combining paid and unpaid workload, many women lose their identity and their sense of self. Gradually their spirit and confidence is impacted and women feel lost and deeply saddened with their life. “Finding Me” Workshop assists women to initiate healthy boundaries within their life, to connect to what is important to them and to reconnect with the uniqueness of their being.
